For Tinderholt, a judicial complaint gone haywire
Texas state Republican Rep. Tony Tinderholt believes, along with his right-wing colleagues, that same-sex marriage is a threat to the sanctity of the institution, which is why he scribbled a hissy fit onto a piece of paper and sent it to the State Commission on Judicial Conduct. In the handwritten complaint, Tinderholt throws a temper tantrum against District Judge David Wahlberg claiming he deliberately violated statutory law when he granted the couple the right to marry, declaring this is unacceptable.
This complaint and any action, which the legislature decides to take, is about ensuring that our judicial system respects the laws of our state and respects the separation of powers, Tinderholts complaint continued. Judge Wahlberg allowed his personal views to dictate his action and ignored state law to accomplish his desired outcome.
However, Wahlberg didnt issue the ruling Tinderholt is upset about. That would be Probate Judge Guy Herman. Yep. As it turns out, Tinderholt made an ass of himself by sending a complaint about the wrong judge.

Besides being a totally supercilious rightwing blatherskite, Tony Tenderhole hasn't read the constitution:
It's not about separation of powers, you vacuous dipwad, its about the supremacy clause!
and if you think I just posted this just so I could all him Tenderhole instead of Tinderholt, you are wrong.

It's purely a matter of states' rights. Hmmm, when have we heard THAT argument before?
