LeTourneau University speaker tackles sexuality

Regent University’s Mark Yarhouse dropped the much-awaited pin in the room of silence Wednesday during a discussion on sexual identity and Christianity at LeTourneau University.

“All of the surveys that we’ve done on Christian college students say that they want to talk about sexuality and that they are talking about it,” Yarhouse said.

“The church can say that they aren’t comfortable going there, but the reality is that the next generation is going there and it is important.”

“Heterosexuality is not a prerequisite for holiness,” Yarhouse said.
