Austin you're drunk, go home! Wait, what's that? You can't catch a cab because it's 2am and it's the middle of SXSW, Uber jacked up its prices, and pedicabs won't take you all the way to the only part of Austin you can afford to live in? Well, that my friends is a big drinking problem.

Of course, you have to put up with the if you choose that form of transportation.
