"Join Chef Irene Tan Emory for a six course dinner showcasing traditional dishes from Singapore--where food is a national obsession.

Originally from Singapore, Irene moved to Sewanee, TN where she fulfilled her dream of opening a restaurant faithful to her roots. She ran the local favorite, Crossroads Café, for five years prior to moving to Nashville. Irene’s cooking features traditional Singaporean flavors, influenced by Indian, Malay, Chinese and Indonesian cuisines, with seasonal, fresh ingredients." (More at link)
