Twin brothers charged with blowing up phone shed, produce stand in winter break bombings

Twin brothers from Cochranville have been charged with setting off bombs in Lancaster and Chester counties while they were home from college on winter break last year.
In Lancaster County, they allegedly
blew up an Amish phone shed and a produce stand over the course of two days in December.
Daniel and Caleb Tate, both 22, are charged with arson by explosion, arson by possession of explosive devices, conspiracy, theft, and related charges, according to a news release issued Tuesday by the Chester County District Attorney's Office.
The two are accused of detonating pipe bombs at five locations during their holiday break. Daniel Tate attends Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, while Caleb Tate is a student at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee.
