Philly area DUers - DNC is looking for volunteers for the Philadelphia Convention

I'm definitely volunteering. Going to a convention has always been on my bucket list and I figure a volunteer will help get me into the convention hall. Plus I live right down I95 in Delaware. Might even be up for hosting 1 or 2 DUers from out of state who want to volunteer.

2. Volunteers are volunteers,

not delegates. I seriously doubt volunteers are expected to commit to any candidate.
But someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

4. You are correct. I was a volunteer back in 2000 for the GOP convention

I had pick jobs nowhere near the convention site. (Was to work at the airport). However my grandfather passed away 2 days before so I had to cancel. This time I would work at the convention.

3. Volunteers for Philadelphia and the convention

I support both candidates. If someone only will volunteer for the convention if their candidate is nominated then don't bother. This is not how this group works.
