The "smiling Black woman" is a stock photo that was photoshopped next to Corbett. This image was used throughout his website. It was discovered by Buzzfeed and reported on www.philly.com.

When Corbett visits a factory, you will often see Corbett and the company owners lined up on one side of the factory floor, and all of the employees standing and looking bored on the opposite side of the factory. It reminds me of Gen. Hocksteader and Col. Klink standing across from Col. Hogan and his fellow POWs.
