2. Sidewalk Chalk washes away easily

There was a report a year or so ago of a woman arrested and fined because her child drew with sidewalk chalk on a rock at a public park. Several DUer's supported the arrest complaining that those pesky children's drawings were an abomination and spoiled their enjoyment of nature.
