What I Loathe about the Pennsylvania Democratic Party

It's the fact that county parties have Democratic primary endorsements. Let the voters decide who should be the nominee! When I lived in Pittsburgh, the ACDC (Allegheny County Democratic Committee) would endorse candidates that lost in the primaries.

It made the party look foolish and out of touch with its contituents.

1. I rely on the party endorsements

especially for nominees for local and county offices, yet we've learned how important these posts are in the big picture. I don't want to vote for school board member or a justice of the peace, or *anybody* who wants to ban books. This information is not usually given on their mailed materials.

Seems like an easy irritant to avoid: straight into the recycling bin!
