My post didn't give much information, so thought I would give a TLDR here:

Local girl Caitlin Spence was in a relationship with Kirby Carpenter
Kirby Carpenter was a 'Dealer of precious metals', and a serial entrepreneur, and had a lot of unregistered assets.
Caitlin's parents visited for "a couple of weeks", They ended up staying Four Months
The daughter said they left the night before her partners body was found, but other sources say they left the day after.
Kirby Carpenters parents are trying to inventory the unregistered assets and guns and having problems (changed codes and passwords, etc)
