PA. ranks poorly in analysis of integrity of the 50 state governments.

PA. received a grade of F for its highly politicized redistricting process and its lack of limits on campaign contributions.

The study found that citizens have a difficult time accessing information about contributions to political parties.

The State budget process also received a F, as did the accountability of the state court system.

PA. received an A for internal auditing (Thank you Democratic Auditor General Jack Wagner.)
