Technically, it's fraud. Just like when lying to the government about how much money you made last year to cheat on your taxes is fraud, same law applies here. We also talk about the Oklahoma County Jail Trust and what needs to happen now that the scathing article from The Oklahoman "Broken Trust" came out on Sunday. As well as OKC making the news when it comes to an OKC police officer giving the finger to a bicyclist when a truck almost ran over them.
