Early voting is open, and the turnout brisk in the county I'm observing on behalf of Federal, state, and county Dems

The polling place was well-staffed and well handled. I'm tempted to tease the next Rmoney campaigner who approaches me--"Yes, you've convinced me...oops, too late! I've already voted for OBAMA!!"
Nah, I'm not that mean! I'll just hang up on them like always.

and they said over 20,000 have already voted in the county.

Walked out with an older couple and exchanged small talk. When we got near our cars, the husband starts his rant about how he hopes the moral majority takes over again...I say, Moral? We could talk about that all day...and got in my car. He stood there mouth agape...must've been sure I was one like him. There sure are lots of folks in these parts voting against their own best interests.

Yeah for the court decision today. I spent some time today needling the poll workers about the need for the extra hours...weekends too! If people ask for it maybe they'll report it to the board of elections. Might not help but it couldn't hurt.
