Charges dropped in New York City jaywalking incident

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Prosecutors have dropped all charges against an elderly man who says police officers assaulted him during a jaywalking arrest in Manhattan.

Kang Chun Wong, 84, was photographed bloodied after an encounter with police on the Upper West Side in January.
