Try getting through the 690/81 section of downtown during rush hour. That's why we cut across the Southern tier and go up 390 to get back home to Rochester.
Syracuse has been ignored for too long. The roads and water are just the tip of the iceberg.

Im not sure if it's still the case or not - but when I left Rochester in 2006 for Central NJ - the city was bleeding young professionals.
