Bye-bye, Brooklyn.
With rents soaring in the "it borough," a growing number of Brooklyn tenants are throwing up their hands and turning back - to Manhattan.
The price gap between North and Northwest Brooklyn and Manhattan reached a record low of just $210 in February, according to a report released last week by Douglas Elliman.
That's put Manhattan back on the map for Brooklynites like Roxanne Alegrado.
