Feast Of San Gennaro Holds Grand Procession

The 87th annual Feast of San Gennaro held its grand procession Saturday.

The 11-day festival kicked off in Little Italy on Thursday, offering entertainment, music and a wide variety of food.

The parade Saturday began at 2 p.m. and featured former Governor Mario Cuomo and his wife Matilda as its grand marshals.

The festival, a celebration of the Patron Saint of Naples, runs along Mulberry Street between Canal and Houston Streets.
