Friend and former Glens Falls Mayor Ed Bartholomew has died.
When Bartholomew took office as mayor in 1978 at just 28, he was youngest in NYS to hold that position. Ed was best known for opening the Glens Falls Civic Ctr and bringing pro hockey & baseball to Glens Falls. @WNYT
