Teachout lawyer responds to Cuomo appeal

Lawrence Mandelker, who has represented Zephyr Teachout throughout a legal challenge to her New York residency, filed his response on Friday to an appeal from Andrew Cuomo's campaign.

Last week, a state judge ruled against the Cuomo campaign's request to remove Teachout from the Democratic primary ballot. Marty Connor, the attorney who represented the petitioners, filed his appellant's brief yesterday.
