Lawyers Claim Officers Struck Child During Brooklyn Woman's Arrest

The New York City Police Department's Internal Affairs Bureau and the Brooklyn District Attorney are investigating another controversial arrest.

Cell phone video of Denise Stewart's arrest was shown first on NY1.

She is seen wearing only her underwear as police try to handcuff her in her building's hallway.

The NYPD says officers got a call that Stewart was beating her 12-year-old daughter.
