Got a flyer in the mail so decided to see who are the "nonpartisan" candidates:

Kim Zellers. http://www.kimzellers.com (but the page is blank)
Will have to study their websites but wonder whether anyone has any knowledge. By definition the candidates are conservative - filling the seat of Jeff Johnson who lost to Walz. So the question is who is the least rabid.
