Minnesota State Capitol is scaffolding-free and shiny

Contractors on Saturday finished removing the scaffolding and covers on the Minnesota State Capitol project in St. Paul, revealing the completed marble exterior. The overall project is expected to be completed in 2017. By Saturday, Nov. 12, the four gold horses usually displayed on the front of the building, will be displayed on the north side, according to laborer Sammy Kimbrough.
