I am losing my trust in Dean Phillips. Unfortunately the alternative is worse

1. Last year proposed a year around Daylight Saving Time. This is bad for Minnesota as data showed. Thankfully did not seem to progress.

2. Last fall suggested Biden to be a one term president. This was before the elections which might have damaged Democratic candidates.

3. Recently suggested armed guards at school.

4. Wants Feinstein to step down.

I want Feinstein to step down, too, so that the Senate Democrats can once again move federal judgeships through with less trouble or no trouble. I get it: She wants to go out on her own terms and be there for the end. But she's hurting the country, and that amount of pride is just not going to work these days. (P.S. I'm in Wisconsin and know nothing about Phillips beyond what you've told me but he sounds like a case, at least otherwise; maybe he's worried that his district is turning more red and he's trying to stay ahead of it. In which case maybe he should be yacking economic justice, abortion rights and voting rights.).

I also have noticed his shift to the right. He probably sees himself as a Blue Dog like Amy but personally I see warning flags.

Was just looking at some slides last night of a family portrait I did for his mother. It was he and his brother and his mom, DeeDee. Cannot fathom how he is put together since his mom was a liberally minded and kind person. Very into the arts, artists and helping people.

I think is important people he represents get on this to help him see that he might be drifting too far from those he represents. The gun stance had me very concerned.

Agree Feinstein must go though. Something has to change there. We are out of time.
