Absolutely ASTONISHING!!
Republican Leah Cole actually won the State Rep special election yesterday by under 80 votes!
The turnout was only 20%, so her campaign obviously did a better job of getting out their voters than the other 2 candidates. I am thinking that the next time, once there is a record to look at, and a much higher turnout for a regular election, she will be turned out of office.
But I guess all we can do is hope!
