Tornado watch has been issued for northern Maryland (counties adjacent to Pa. line)

until 7 p Friday. Severe storms developing in western Maryland and SW Pa are pushing east. We think these storms will remain north of the immediate DC area and mostly focus in Pa, but northern Maryland counties could get grazed. (Already a tornado warning was issued east of Cumberland).
