As the new Vice-Chair of Organizing for the DCCC, I’m working to protect and build robust Democratic majorities in the House and Senate and also to grow our Democracy Summer Project, our nationally acclaimed program which educates high school and college students in political organizing and deploys them to work on key Democratic campaigns across America. This year we went nationwide with the DCCC and had a record 375 Democracy Summer Fellows. Next summer we hope to train more than 1,000 Fellows to work in the all-important 2022 Congressional elections.
Democracy itself is on the ballot in 2022, and Democrats are the party of strong democracy and social progress.
As we search for the truth about the violent insurrection against the Union on January 6 and work to debunk all the lies and propaganda, as we fight to defend endangered voting rights and make a sweeping investment in the American infrastructure, I welcome your active support and participation in building up resources and ideas for next year’s campaign.
