Good news - SD 30 remains Democratic
Eric Giddens won the special election to replace Jeff Danielson. I am sure our Democratic presidential candidates stumping for him helped, but Eric will be a terrific state senator regardless. One hopes the abominable Walt Rogers will now sink into oblivion, but I don't think we'll be that lucky. Very happy for the great representation for Waterloo, Cedar Falls and Hudson.
