No legal pot in 2014 session, say Branstad and key Iowa lawmakers

I am very discouraged by the remarks made by Iowa Senate Majority Leader Michael Gronstal. I think he needs to listen to the more liberal voters in the state.

They could start by educating themselves on the subject.

Their comments prove they know next to nothing about the war against cannabis.

The country of Portugal would be a good place to start.

They have had a VERY successful drug program in place for 12 years.

The politicians of the U.S. seem to be very proud that we have 2.2 million people incarcerated in this country.

How about at least getting serious about medical pot.
