Hallandale Beach Passes Pot Possession Fine Law
People caught with a small amount of pot in marijuana in Hallandale Beach could be looking at a fine instead of criminal charges.
The city commission approved a new law Wednesday night that eases the penalty for marijuana possession for up to 20 grams.
