How can we hold Congressional elections if districts are unconstitutional?

Republicans in the legislature drew the maps and violated the constitution. Now they want the maps to stand for 2014. I say no way and the Democrats better also! This is purely on the Republicans! If they had a leg to stand on they would appeal but they aren't and that speaks volumes!

The districts could be redrawn before the GE. Not sure it could happen before primary though... that could cause a real clusterfuck, also could put a winning primary candidate's home outside the redrawn district for the GE.
