The fountain off to the left is at the visitor entrance to the Department of Labor. The camera is aimed to the southwest. The dump trucks are parked on Third Street NW. The building with the barrel vault roof is the Prettyman Courthouse. You're looking at its east side, the side facing Third Street NW.
