and now the unspoiled beauty of the poudre canyon (pic heavy)

last sunday was about the burn, yesterday was about peace and relaxation.

we left early afternoon and there were no numbwits in front of us. no subarus, no trailers, no campers. it's about an hour and a half to our spot and it's a great drive.

Beautiful scenes, and Beautiful photography!!! Both the wider shots and the close-ups! Love the new growth one at the tip of the pine tree branch!

The new growth is my favorite. I love how the little casing pops off & the tips are so soft, for a few days anyway.

We live in a gorgeous state!
