Republican Congressmen Torched At Angry Town Hall Meetings In California

Congressmen Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) and Duncan Hunter (R-Calif.) were slammed during separate town hall meetings in California on Saturday as voters rounded on the proposed GOP health care bill, as well as the Trump administration’s assault on environmental protections, its treatment of immigrants and its links to Russia.

Some 500 people packed into a community center in Oceanside, California, to hear Issa speak. Scores more protested outside, forcing the official to host a second meeting to accommodate the crowd.

As the audience became increasingly angry, the nine-term congressman quipped: “I don’t mind that things are contentious. I just don’t want things to end like the play ‘Hamilton’”— but voters weren’t laughing.

At both meetings, voters voiced concerns about the elimination of the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare. When Issa refused to say “Affordable Care Act” because it’s “not affordable” he was met with a crescendo of jeers and chants of, “Do your job.”

The GOP plan ("Die Quickly&quot is very affordable -- if you ascribe ZERO value to a person's life.

And Paul Ryan's presentation???? That bastard was orgasmic at the thought of killing so many people. Seriously, I thought he was going to shoot his wad then and there. They are not even trying to hide it anymore. They are pure evil and that is way to bland a word to describe them.

Hopefully we will finally send that scumbag packing in 2018. He barely won in 2016.

My fear is that they are all Democrats so they don't really have any influence with the Republican Congressmen.

Republicans only care about Republicans and couldn't give a shit if Democrats, who don't vote for them, have problems.
