Our apparaised value is almost what was in 2006. And that was outrageous -- it almost doubled from 2001 to 2006. I wish had the courage to sell NOW and rent for a while ...

...are higher now than they were at the peak of the 2007 bubble. Homes that appraised and sold at $480,000 in 2007 are appraising and selling now at $550,000. Not similar houses, or same sized houses, the exact same houses, which are eight years older now than they were then.
