There is in my district (North Orange County area) and we are getting absolutely flooded with robo dialer calls on this - at least 10 a day. Quite frankly it makes me not want to vote at all on this particular issue. Is that affecting anyone else in the state and how do you feel about that?

Sounds like OC is not-too-happy with their water board.
I blocked all calls I don't recognize, btw. However, it does ring once, and I get 10-12 of those per day too.

(78,249 posts)One of the things the Golden Spigot has failed to do is seismic work on our dams, limiting our reservoirs to 75% capacity even in good years. So now you know where Napa's water is going.
