San Jose: Second person within 13 hours dies in officer-involved shooting

Officers responded to the 1300 block of San Marcos Drive at 12:11 a.m. after a family member reported her intoxicated brother showed up to the house with a gun threatening to harm himself, according to Officer Albert Morales....
Two officers fired their guns in the direction of the suspect, who retreated into the house. Police have set up a perimeter around the house.
Police did not elaborate on why the officers opened fire.
