Two things are very clear from Arnold Schwarzenegger's interview with Howard Stern on Wednesday: He loves his family and he hates therapy.
Though some stars might have clammed up when asked about their divorce, the 67-year-old Terminator Genisys star didn't shy away from answering the shock jock's questions about his 2011 split with Maria Shriver. The couple separated after 25 years of marriage when it was revealed that Arnold secretly fathered a child with former employee Mildred Baena back in 1997.
"When your marriage goes south, was that a really huge defeat in your life? Because that's your first real personal setback, right?" Stern began.
"Well, I had personal setbacks, but this was without any doubt the biggest setback and the biggest failure," Schwarzenegger confessed. "Without any doubt. And not only failure, but you really feel like, 'I am to blame for it. It was me that screwed up.' And you can't point the finger at anyone else. So yeah, I was disappointed at it, but it's always easy to be smart in hindsight. You know, so the thing was how do you
make the best of that?"
"Biggest failure"? Not even close!
