Ideas for election night in Phx/Scottsdale

We're looking for a cool place in Phoenix to hang out with other liberals on election night to watch the returns. I don't really want to go down to the Renaissance and watch in the Grand Ballroom or watch at home. I was thinking about a smaller place to enjoy some drinks with other like-minded people. Does such a place exist?
