Tucson police shot a man 9 times in the back as he rolled away in his wheelchair and the local NBC affiliate made the editorial choice to run an entire story about the dead man’s criminal record—complete with a mugshot. Truly depraved shit.

Allen Media Broadcasting, which is owned by Entertainment Studios, Inc (aka Allen Media Group), which has an ongoing partnership with Sinclair related to some sports broadcasting crap, and also bought the Weather Channel from NBCUniversal and Bain Capital a while ago.

I wish more people realized this!!! Everything else makes better sense when you know who owns the media....and who sits on the boards of directors.
