teenage love.....ugh!

I was disappointed with all that filler. What the heck does that have to do with anything we watch the show for?

Whew...

But, yes... all that time spent on the love struck teens is so damned formulaic and boring. Sure the struggling Brody kids ought to be included, but they shouldn't be the focus of the whole show for two episodes.

I think the daughter must have a bigger role to play in the upcoming events and that is why we need to understand how she is changing. It is interesting that it ended with her on the prayer rug.

First off---the daughter has always been very annoying. The actress isn't that great and her character has always been sort of a slouch.

Second: OK--- Claire plays a great mentally disturbed woman--- we get that and have seen plenty of it.

The writers are grasping big time here. I'm pretty sure we'll see Brody pop up next episode. Let's see where that takes us---although I don't have great hope.

I think the show hit the peak last season and is in rapid decline---much like True Blood.

...the bug eyes and trembling lower lip-thing that Claire does is wearing pretty thin I'd say...and I really, REALLY couldn't give a toss about Brody's daughter, or her love life...

It is off to a very, veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery slow start this season...
