No, really, I loved the pilot. Good popcorn fun all wrapped up in Whedon style... Ensemble cast that throws a lot of funny dialog back and forth, great action sets that live within a television budget and an ongoing story that appears to be walking alongside the same world that is going on in the Marvel movies.
The one thing they have to fix... Give Ron Glass more screen time! I love this guy and not a single thing I had seen on this show had even mentioned he was going to be in it. What a sweet surprise it was to see his name in the opening credits and what a let down he only had a few seconds on screen... Though I suspect his scene was the biggest reveal of the episode and will have a big impact down the line. Tahiti indeed
