1. In the bits we get to study Seward in jail, I feel he has not always been a lawful man...but do we..

really know if he did that murder?

Too late if he did not kill and how do we explain to a child that oops we made a mistake; executed the wrong person.

That could be enough to set Adrian on the wrong road in the future...a vicious circle.

Love the show this Season and I do have an idea who might be doing this.

2. So sad to realize that it is possible to execute someone for a crime they didn't commit...

..maybe Ray did kill his wife, but there IS a doubt, a real reasonable doubt.

Theory I have is that Adrian saw the dump site from up in that tree house
Ray put together for his son in the nearby park.
Adrian may not have seen the killer close up but he saw the vehicle he was driving.
(maybe that ugly truck Danette and Kallie were arguing about!?)

Killer came looking for little boy and killed Adrian's mom to try to get to Adrian.
Got spooked off from searching apartment for Adrian when Ray came back to the apartment.

Killer never really knew if Adrian could identify him or not. So much time went by so started killing again.
Figures he/she is safe from being identified.

I figure Twitch is involved in bringing the girls to the killer.
Who it is...I don't know. But older adult males have some kind of psychological hold over Twitch.

The Killing is always about people getting killed and that in itself is always sad.
