Conspiracies are theorized in this new thriller starring Anthony Edwards as the author of a skeptics magazine who gets caught up in a conspiracy of his own. And this one goes all the way to the top!
Not looking good out of the gate:
'Zero Hour' Ratings: Least-Watched ABC Scripted Premiere Ever
As a point of reference, the now-cancelled ABC nuclear submarine drama "Last Resort" premiered to an audience of more than 9 million viewers with a 2.2 rating in the demo in the same Thursday at 8 p.m. EST timeslot during the fall season.
That timeslot did "Zero Hour" no favors. The freshman series was going up against ratings powerhouses "American Idol" and "The Big Bang Theory," which attracted 13.2 and 17.6 million viewers respectively.

(4,546 posts)One review I read said it could either be a miserable flop or it could be the new LOST. I haven't seen them tout it as "the new LOST" in the previews yet, so that's a good sign. Every time they've tried to do that, the show failed (for one, it couldn't possibly live up to such hype). I don't expect it to be "the new LOST," but I am hoping it is good, and am looking forward to it.

What didn't you like?

(17,055 posts)I don't really like anything that has occult or paranormal themes to them. I don't know why but those type shows have never caught my fancy. I really am finicky but wish I weren't.
I have given myself a big pat on the back for stepping outside my tv entertainment comfort zone for falling in love with Game of Thrones. It's the only fantasy show I've ever liked and I had tried some of the others before.
I don't know, I'm just weird that way.

(20,043 posts)paranormal and occult are some of my favorites, BUT that's not to say I always like how they've been presented/written. I consider fantasy something different, sometimes the three can be mixed.
Maybe I'll watch one or two episodes.
BTW, I love Game of Thrones!
