Has anyone seen the first season of PBS series The Tunnel

I love this show!!! It's so nice to see a man and woman working together, without any sexual chemistry between them. Which is always part of American dramas. The Brits seem to have forged a partnership with French tv production companies. Somehow I don't see the US working with Mexico.
I've been watching season two, and look forward to see season three.

I didn't see the Bridge, which was a Scandinavian co-production. This is based around terrorist attacks in the train tunnel that connects England and France. There's some French in it, with English subtitles, but not that much.
The thing I love about foreign dramas, is that there's no fluff. US shows drag on for 24 episodes, the Brits get it done in just eps.

For the reasons you describe.
Female detective is a wonderful actress, acting and writing is good thought out.
I didn't know there was a season three, will have to look for it.

BTW do you like living in Quebec?
Quebec City is one of my favorite places.

Montreal is a beautiful city.

The Cathédrale de Notre Dame is fabulous.
