Experimenting with the Monochrome setting on my camera.

I switched to Monochrome and set it to emulate a yellow filter. I slapped on a polarizer on to further screw with the light coming in.

I might have to go back to that garage and take some more images before it is closed for repair.

By manipulating the light, that's is how we create something we can call our own rather than merely documenting.

Camera, but you make a photograph in the darkroom. With digital some of the darkroom is in the camera.

Not sure if it is art, it is more like getting bored with reality.

I have my camera set to Raw/Jpg with the Jpgs set to monochrome so that its easier to get a basic idea as I chimp the camera when I'm shooting B&W, I do my first pass on the Jpgs then process the Raw.

I'm not losing much by not shooting raw. I could shoot RAW+JPG, but writing to card is slow enough as is.
