I was in Paris a few weeks ago and visited the Eiffel Tower too. If you get a chance, go see it at night too. It's spectacular!

Although I'm not all that fond of heights, I did go to the very top. Views were spectacular.

but we opted to go up anyway. Lines moved rather quickly. And . . . I didn't know if this would be the only time I'd be in Paris, so what the heck!

Are you going to visit Montmartre? Great views of Paris from that vantage point too. And it's a nice area to just stroll the streets.
