i wanted to shoot the moon rising over the UT tower from about 5 miles away. it was very hazy so the moon was higher in the sky than i wanted when it first appeared
first appearance about 8 minutes after official moonrise
a couple minutes later
15 minutes after moonrise

I saw that beautiful moon above the horizon with thin streaks of clouds over an azure sky. I see I wasn't the only one looking.
