Ok, I think my last post here at DU was like 2 years ago. How time flies! We just returned from a fabulous trip to the south of France and a couple of days in Barcelona and thought I would share some of the digital memories I made.
I hope everyone enjoys them as much as I enjoy looking at all of your submissions! The bar is set so incredibly high here with all the great photos.

(126 posts)and there were fields of them all over. I am presuming most are for use in perfumes but that's just a guess.
And thanks so much for the complement!

(4,440 posts)Je rêve de voir ces choses quand je prendrai ma retraite. C'est une dizaine d'années de suite, si je suis chanceux. Merci de poster ces belles images.

(126 posts)the chance to see this when you retire as well!
And if that's not what you said, then I blame Babylon. I know so little French it's not even funny.
My Grand-Mere Roy (French Canadian) attempted to teach me French when I was 5 or 6. Apparently, I do not remember this myself, after a few lessons I looked up at her and said "Grand-Mere, I don't want to learn Spanish anymore."
Lessons over.
She never tried again. My loss.
Cheers!
