noticed out my living room window while watching the Eagles and Bears game. Stepped out on the balcony to get a few shots.

1. Looks cold.

The tree limbs add an appealing element, I think. Especially the ones in front of the (church?) and on the horizon.

2. Actually it was in the 60's today.

Unusually warm. Yes, that is an old church.

3. We've been solid rain the last two days, with ten more in the forecast.

It's doing good things for our snowpack in the Sierra. Promises to be a good coming year, water-wise.
