GD Forum Hosts (aka moderators) can lock threads, but not remove posts.

Juries vote to hide or leave, based on the reason for the alert. If it's hidden, the majority of jurors voted to his it for breaking a rule.

Hosts are listed under "about this forum" at top of the forum's main page. Jurors are chosen randomly from duers who are online at the time of the alert.
